Product data is updated daily. Each product card shows when it was last updated. Stock availability is refreshed multiple times per day.

Currently we track: Trulieve, Curaleaf, M�V, Sunnyside, Fluent, The Flowery, and Cookies across Florida. More dispensaries are added regularly.

A fingerprint is a unique identifier based on a product's chemical composition (cannabinoids and terpenes). Products with similar fingerprints will have similar effects, even if they have different names at different dispensaries.

Products appear after their COA data is published and processed. Some products may not have COA data available. Contact support if you think something is missing.

Stock data is synced from dispensary systems and typically updated every few hours. For critical purchases, we recommend calling the store to confirm.

Yes! Terprint works on any modern web browser on phones and tablets. A native mobile app is coming soon.
Troubleshooting
Issue Solution
Chat not responding Refresh the page and try again. Check service status at the top of the page.
Slow loading Check your internet connection. Try clearing browser cache.
Recommendations seem off Update your preferences in Settings. Rate more products to improve accuracy.
Price alert not received Check spam/junk folder. Verify notification settings in your account.
Product info incorrect Click "Report Issue" on the product page. We'll investigate.
